A full-width wedge sits below the mattress and creates a gradual incline while the normal mattress remains the sleeping surface. Select the wedge by mattress width and confirm that the frame can accept the added rise.
Choose the correct width
Use the Queen model beneath a Queen mattress and the King model beneath a King mattress. Measure the mattress and the usable frame area if the bed has tight side rails or a recessed platform.
Prepare for expansion
Open the package in a ventilated room and place the foam on a clean, flat surface. Allow approximately 24–48 hours for expansion. Temperature and storage time can affect how quickly compressed foam reaches its intended shape.
Position the wedge
Place the wedge beneath the mattress with the non-slip side down and the elevated end at the intended side of the bed. Center it across the mattress width, lower the mattress carefully and check that the frame and bedding remain clear.
Adjust gradually
The EPHEDORA models have a 7.5-inch rise at the elevated end. Incline preference is personal, so allow time to adjust. Recheck positioning if the mattress or wedge slides.
Clean correctly
Remove the washable cover according to its zipper and care instructions. Never machine-wash or machine-dry the foam core.
Care and safety
Follow the product care label and the bed or chair manufacturer’s instructions. Keep foam components dry, allow washable covers to dry fully, and stop use if any component pulls, shifts or interferes with moving furniture.
